He is smart. He is charming. This is Dexter Morgan, America’s favorite serial killer who solves crimes by day and commits crimes by night. In the eighth season, Angel Batista was not always played by David Zayas. His son, David Zayas, Jr., replaces his father in some scenes, as they are very similar. Throughout the first season, Dexter can be seen with a large scar on his left side. Later in the second season, the scar moved to the right side, leaving the left side intact.
